Product terms

Terms for using Intervio.

The responsibilities that apply when hiring teams and candidates use the Intervio interview and review service.

Effective July 22, 2026

Using the service

Use Intervio only for legitimate recruiting and interview activities, follow applicable law, and do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, probe, or gain unauthorized access to the service or another workspace. Candidates must use their own invitation and provide accurate information during the interview.

Hiring decisions remain human-led

Intervio conducts interviews and provides transcripts, AI-generated scorecards, summaries, and—when enabled—recordings and evidence clips. These materials support review; they are not a hiring decision. Hiring teams are responsible for evaluating candidates, communicating outcomes, providing required notices, offering appropriate accommodations, and making lawful decisions.

Accounts, invitations, and access

Recruiter accounts and candidate invitation links must be kept secure. Invitation links may be single-use, time-limited, canceled, or replaced. We may restrict access that threatens service security, violates these terms, or risks harm to candidates, customers, or the platform.

Candidate and customer data

Hiring teams must have an appropriate basis to provide candidate details and conduct interviews through Intervio. Intervio processes data to provide, secure, and support the service as described in the Privacy notice. Hiring teams control their recruiting records and are responsible for their retention and candidate-response obligations.

Service availability and changes

Live audio, video, email, storage, and AI features depend on network connections and third-party services, so uninterrupted operation is not guaranteed. We may maintain, update, limit, or discontinue features and will use reasonable efforts to communicate material changes that affect active customers.

Questions and reporting

Contact support@intervio.ai about these terms, an account issue, suspected misuse, or a security concern. Hiring-specific questions and accommodation requests should also be raised directly with the recruiter who sent the invitation.
